We’ve produced 6 Tennessee Radio Hall of Fame inductees, countless awards (just come in sometime and check out the trophy case) and are the crown jewel of the country music world. We even helped give Dolly Parton her start! Our stations are all #1 in their respective formats and have never looked back.

Mark started in radio as an on-air personality in 1979, but has spent the last 26 years as a leading developer of broadcast and digital marketing plans.
Mark returns to the South after many years “up North”. In his spare time Mark is an avid sports enthusiast and memorabilia collector as well as a musician.

Dodie Mañalac

Dodie Mañalac came to Knoxville to attend the University of Tennessee-Knoxville in 1988 – fell in love with the city, and he decided to stay.
In 1996, Dodie got married, bought his first house and began his career in radio. In 2021, he celebrates his 25th anniversary in Media Sales, and what keeps him in the industry is his enjoyment of learning something new each day and serving as a key role in creatively growing his clients’ business by effectively using the radio and digital platforms.
Dodie’s passion is his family always feeling very lucky to have such a wonderful wife and two amazing daughters. He is a sports fanatic and his favorite activities are playing tennis and his love to laugh.

I started my career in advertising sales fresh out of college after earning a Mass Communications degree in Electronic Media Management. I spent the next 9 years honing my skills in both radio and TV at WBIR-TV, WVLT-TV, and Star 102.1. I truly enjoyed working with my clients to help them find their best customers and exceed their sales goals. I also enjoy partnering with business owners to help them identify and rectify their business needs through proper marketing and advertising. Bob Thomas

Bob Thomas has spent a lot of his life at WIVK. This is his second stint at the Frog Station. Bob previously spent 20 years at WIVK in sales while also hosting the highest-rated midday radio show in America for over 16 years. Bob spent 15 years in Los Angeles writing, producing and starring in commercials, TV shows and film. One of the highlights, he was Slammin’ Sammy Stands in the hit film FRIDAY NIGHT LIGHTS. As a TV writer he wrote some of the most popular episodes of the huge hit, LIZZIE McGUIRE. He owned the Knoxville Cherokees hockey team, one of the original teams of the East coast Hockey League. He served as the chairman of the Knoxville Christmas Parade for 16 years. For 5 years he was on the Board of the Cerebral Palsy Center for Handicapped Adults serving as their President for two years. He is a previous winner of the City of Knoxville volunteer of the Year Award. Bob was elected to the Knox County Commission in 2014 representing the entire county. He is also on the Dogwood Arts Festival Board, the South’s premiere festival and is the Honorary Co-Chairman of the 2014-2015 Festival.
Bob has expertise in making things happen for clients because he sees the “big picture” having been on both sides of the advertising dynamic.

Born and raised in East Tennessee, Josh is All Vol, All The Time, since Birth!
Originally from Morristown, Josh began his On-Air Radio career in the Fall of 2003 at WCRK-AM (Morristown) while attending Carson-Newman University.
This internship led to a role with Titans Radio in Nashville for the 2004 season working in many capacities, but highlighted with working the sidelines of Tennessee Titans home games.
At the season’s conclusion, Josh returned to East Tennessee to begin his career from the business side of Radio and has helped hundreds of local businesses grow throughout our area in the areas of not only Radio, but Television and Digital as well. He spent one year outside of Media serving as a Director of Recruitment before returning with our Cumulus team, because he missed working with local partners and seeing their businesses flourish through the Power of Advertising.
Josh’s passion is being a Family Man who doesn’t take life too seriously and is helped in that journey via his beautiful wife, Jessica, two amazing children, Camden & Camilla, and their pup, Sox.
